ODO-OTIN, OSUN STATE … Hon. Olusoji Adetunji Abidemi, Member of the House of Representatives representing the Odo-Otin/Ifelodun/Boripe Federal Constituency, has embarked on a ward-by-ward visitation to party executives across Odo-Otin Local Government Area to appreciate their contributions during the recent Osun State governorship election, which Governor Ademola Adeleke, popularly known as Nurudeen Jackson Imole, won.
The visitation, which commenced from Ward 1 and extended to the last ward in Odo-Otin, provided an opportunity for the federal lawmaker to express his appreciation to party leaders and executives for their commitment, dedication and support throughout the electioneering process.
During the engagements, Hon. Olusoji also discussed the forthcoming elections, including the senatorial, House of Representatives and presidential elections. He urged party members and executives to intensify their efforts, strengthen grassroots mobilisation and work collectively to secure victory in the upcoming electoral contests.
The lawmaker emphasised the importance of unity, commitment and continuous engagement with residents, noting that the success of the party would depend largely on the dedication of its members and the strength of its structures at the ward level.
The visitation was accompanied by the Ifelodun Local Government Party Chairman, the Odo-Otin Party Chairman and the Local Government Chairman in Odo-Otin, alongside other party stakeholders.
At the various wards visited, party executives and members expressed appreciation for the lawmaker’s engagement and commended him for his representation and contributions to the constituency. They also offered prayers and goodwill messages, expressing hope for continued development and stronger political cooperation.
The ward-by-ward engagement reflects an effort to strengthen relationships with party structures, appreciate their contributions and encourage renewed commitment ahead of the next electoral cycle.
Hon. Olusoji’s visit also underscored the importance of recognising the role of local party executives in political mobilisation and maintaining effective communication between elected representatives and grassroots stakeholders.
