On Tuesday, in Ibadan, Oyo State, the investment deal was officially finalized with the signing of a landmark shareholders agreement and equity transfer between Moses Transport Limited and Mr. Akeem Damilare Bello, a seasoned venture capitalist and CEO of Esthermaris Concept Limited.
With this strategic investment, Mr. Bello has acquired a significant equity stake in the company at a multi-million Naira valuation, officially becoming the second-largest shareholder in Moses Transport Limited.
