In an application documented at the court on September 27, Atiku dismissed Tinubu’s protest and portrayal of his suit as a ‘fishing trip ‘ which doesn’t matter to the official political race request case at the High Court of Nigeria.

Atiku expressed his opposition to Tinubu’s cases. The interest in the arrival of the scholastic records isn’t a fishing exercise, however, to test the credibility of 12 pages of the report, including two distinct recognitions that were purportedly given by CSU and the premise of CSU’s statement that Tinubu graduated in 1979, given the errors and his oath to the Free Public Constituent Commission (INEC).

He likewise said the revelation from the case would be shipped off to Nigeria by October 4 so that such proof may, thusly, be recorded with the High Court by October 5, which is the point at which his insight plans to present any new proof to the High Court.

All review that on August 2, 2023, Atiku documented a suit at the US court, requesting that CSU discharge Tinubu’s scholarly records over abnormalities in the declaration he submitted to INEC. This move was provoked by Atiku’s conviction that these records would assist with explaining what he said were irregularities in Tinubu’s experience.

The previous VP contended that in addition to other things, a “second Chicago State College certificate dated June 27, 1979, that bears the name “Bola Ahmed Tinubu “has since arisen yet, in addition, gives an alternate textual style, accentuation, seal, and marks, than that of the June 22, 1979 recognition, among other claimed disparities.”
